Field Collection Executive
Responsibilities: Debt Recovery II Payment Collection 

• Visiting customer place and informing them of unpaid debts/Loans  and Collecting them on time.
• Handle client grievances about the unpaid debts and provide timely response
• Clear up any client confusion about product policies and agreements 
• Searching publicly available databases and documents to locate defaulters 
• Initiating legal and repossession proceedings if debt recovery fails
. Depositing the Cash/Cheques in the relevant bank branches. 

Telecaller responsibilty
1)Calling customers and informing them of unpaid debts 
2) Handle client grievances about unpaid debts and provide timely response
3) Clear up any client confusion about product policies and agreements 
4) Searching publicly available databases and documents to locate defaulters 
5) Initiating legal and repossession proceedings if debt recovery fails.
6) Candidate should have a minimum of 1year of work experience in loan recovery.

Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
Process payments and refunds
Resolve billing and customer credit issues
Update account status records and collection efforts
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
