Responsibilities:

• Connect and maintain excellent relationship with placement officer of premier institutes / colleges / universities 
• Connect university career counselors and provide informational materials about our entry-level position programs
• Prepare a thorough and detailed recruitment plan along with hiring managers / stake holders
• Attend college career fairs, communicate with students and promote our employer brand image.
• Screen resumes, coordinate with stake holders for interviews, perform skills evaluation tests for junior and entry-level positions.
• Report on recruiting metrics during and after the campus recruitment process.

Requirements :

• Min 4 to 8 years experience in Campus hiring / University hiring / Early career start programs
• Excellent networking skills. Good interpersonal skills.
• Good stakeholder management
• Excellent skills in MS office especially in Excel, Power point etc
• Strong analytical orientation
• Good oral and written communication skills. 
• Strong organizational skills.
