- Understand the L&T Heavy Civil Infrastructure IC QMS functions, Quality Policy, Project Quality Plan
- Understand & promote L&T Quality Standards.
- Ensure effective implementation of quality objectives and QMS systems in the work places
- Support Project QMS In-charge Operations in his role.
- Responsible and accountable for the product and services performance of Site QA/QC.
- Prepare the work procedures in line with the specifications and codes and as per the contractual conditions.
- Ensure that all the works are carried out at site as per the approved work procedures.
- Responsible for the Material inspection and Incoming Material Inspection Reports
- Actively propagate Quality Culture in the respective area by hoardings, posters and awareness sessions
- Prepare and Conduct periodic quality audits for the inter departments to ensure the QMS.
- Prepare Audit Reports and ensure appropriate corrective action/pro-active actions are taken
- Organize and deliver Quality trainings whenever required.
- Maintain effective communications with the Site QMS In-charge to ensure an adequate flow of QMS information relating to the L&T Heavy civil & Infrastructure IC QA performance.
- Ensure Implementation of ITP, PQP, FMQAP, QC plans and arrange approval from customer.
