Preparation of Bill of Quantites -Prepare preliminary block estimate of new project based on preliminary drawings as and when required within defined timelinesOn receipt of drawing input from D & D department, calculate accurate quantity (BOQ) 

Prepare & send separate budgetary approval  as & when required to Manager Estimation, for all new activities which are not part of the final BOQ on receipt of Activity Approval, Incident report & Change order impact from concerned departments . Highlight inputs which are yet to be received from concerned department for updation in Highrise to Manager Estimation On receipt of yearly plan from Planning Department, prepare & monitor yearly Cash flow Statement   & send it to Manager - EstimationBased on Yearly Cash Flow review of completed activities, prepare monthly balance cost report & submit it to Manager - Estimation
