We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy/Digital marketing manager (For sales) 

(Field Sales) to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering

and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth. 

Responsibilities:

Direct Sales profile into B2B & B2C market (Field Sales)

Lead provided by the company & also have to generate through cold calls

Visit 4-6 meeting in a day

Closing the lead & collecting the revenue

Login the sale into the system

Daily sales report to the manager

Maintain relationship with existing customers

Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.

Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.

Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.

Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.

Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.

Maintain contacts with financial centre personnel, professionals and personal contacts to build

referrals.

Skills Required:-

1. Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.

2. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

3. Proficiency in MS Office.

4. Must be result-driven, have strong analytical skills and be committed to creating new business opportunities.

5. Must have exhibit sound oral expression and comprehension, negotiation, listening, and reasoning skills.

6. Strong work ethic and organizational skills.

7. Should possess good presentation skills.

8. Ability to build rapport.
