What You’ll Be Doing:

• Automating processes using Jenkins and Self Service Portals.
• Designing, developing, debugging, and managing development/test environments.
• Creating processes to maintain stability and performance of our infrastructure.
• Monitoring infrastructure for service uptime and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Providing critical support for customer-facing services aimed at near 100% uptime.
• Writing technical and user documentation, including FAQs and handbooks.

• Streamline processes through automation, improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention.

What You’ll Need:

• Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Operating Systems.
• Strong proficiency in C, C++, PERL, and Python.
• Exposure to Unix-based environments.
• Experience as a DevOps Engineer working on automating infrastructure tasks.
• Experience with continuous integration tools, particularly Jenkins.
• Experience in Source Control Management, including Perforce, Git, and GitHub.
