Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparation of 3D Model and drafting of Mechanical system using Solid works.

• Preparation of Bill of material using PLM and release.

• Selection of standard mechanical components.

• knowledge of GD&T, Tolerance stack up analysis.

• knowledge of metal fabrication process.

• knowledge of Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA.)

• The person will be directly responsible for Making Concept of Special Proposed Machine Design, Final Assembly Design and Manufacturing Drawing Generation on Software like Solid Works/catia.

• Should be able to do independently following -BOM Generation, Activity Time plans, Design Documentation & Technical Sheets.

• Exploring and implementing new ways to automate systems.

• Carry out the Design process as per system requirement.

• Creation of design models/drawing as per detail instruction/design intent requirement by using pre-selected item.

• Creating/unit design as per selected item.

• Layout preparation and modification as per costumer requirement.

• Rework and modification update also shop changes update.
