Job description

• Data entry of employee and employment related data in excel and software from source documents within time limits.
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output.
• Prepare complicated reports In Excel and Word.
• Having prior experience in payroll or working on financial data is mandatory.

• Required Candidate profile

• The average typing speed must be between 45 to 65 words per minute.
• Experience with MS Office and data programs
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Attention to details.
• Experience in Advance Excel, Macros and Mail merge will be preferred.
