Job Description: As a Data Entry Intern on the Catalogue Team at Autoverse Mobility, you will be responsible for researching and collecting parts data from various sources and updating it in spreadsheets and our ERP system. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our product catalog.
Responsibilities:
Data Research:
Conduct online research to gather information on automotive parts from various sources.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data collected.
Data Entry and Management:
Enter collected data into spreadsheets and maintain these records with precision.
Transfer the updated data into our ERP system, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Quality Control:
Review and verify data for discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies.
Collaborate with the Catalogue Team to resolve any data-related issues.
Documentation:
Maintain clear and organized records of data sources, updates, and processes.
Assist in developing documentation for data entry procedures.
Communication:
Collaborate effectively with team members to share insights and findings.
Communicate any challenges or issues related to data collection and entry.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of ERP systems (experience with ERP systems is a plus).
Effective research skills and the ability to navigate the internet for information.
Excellent organizational skills to manage and update large datasets.
