Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greeting all the customers and guiding them about Vedobi as a brand and its products.
• Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services or obtain details of complaints.
• Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
• Leads Conversion.
• Being dedicated to customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns that customer has.
• Send required details to customers via e-mails,sms, social media platforms etc.
• Refer unresolved customer’s complaints or requests to designated departments for further investigations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good communication skills and writing skills.
• Proven track-record of achieving departmental goals.
• Past experience in a customer care service department.
