Job Description :We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.
Being the first point of contact for the customers and handeling their queries or issues. Providing the apt solutions to customers. 
Key responsibilities :  
1. Answering Inbound phone calls
2. Making Outbound Calls.
3. Addressing customers’ questions about products and services
4.  Processing payments or returns.
5. Managing database.

Minimum Requirements :
1. Graduation
2. Excellent communication (English)
3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
