Handling of Customer calls

Handling problem tickets, and providing feedback to customer issues.
Handling Customers issue,

Desired Candidate Profile : 
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
PUC / Any Graduate Candidates can apply.
Experience / Knowledge in Customer Service is a must.
Knowledge of Customer Support & Online Shopping & Ecommerce.
Shift For Boys - 06:00 AM To 12:00 AM (Any 09 Working Hours)
Shift For Girls - 06:00 AM To 07:00 AM (Any 09 Working Hours)
6 days of working, with 1day Rotational week off, (Sat &Sun Compalsary working days)
No Cab
