Should have minimum 6 months experience in BPO. Freshers also considered, Should be proficient in spoken and written English & Hindi, All agents to be cross skilled to manage all channel interactions, Male candidates should be comfortable working any 24/7 shift, Candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from Flipkart customers on inbound calls.
