Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mumbai, India

Salary Range: ₹10,000 to ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mumbai. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will play a key role in building and maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer concerns or issues.

Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary. Strive to achieve first-call resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and provide relevant information.

Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records. Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer service.

Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service. Strive to meet and exceed quality and performance standards.

Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to the improvement of products, services, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment, is desirable but not mandatory. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and local languages. Ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer inquiries.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Must be able to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism.

Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software applications.

Availability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Customer Focus: Passion for helping others and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
