What will you do:
• You will be part of the “Accelerate Program” which will give you an opportunity to

and business focus through email, chat, and calls.
• You will be an information resource expert, providing dedicated support to customers.
• You will collaborate closely with operations, product, and engineering teams, to build,
drive and improve tools and processes for quicker issue resolution.
• You will own the key success metrics for respective CSAT.
• You will be responsible for customer retention by stopping churn by adopting a proactive
approach of “Customer First”.
