Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Pre & Post-sales correspondence with the customers, constantly monitoring collections norms and ensuring timely collection from customers.
• Ensure regular monitoring of project progress and keep clients updated on the same.
• Professionally receive the customer so as to enhance the showroom image.
• Ensure timeliness, completion, comprehensiveness, and accuracy of all documentation about Residential Sale.
• The candidate must have a pleasing personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• BE Monitor and Share customer satisfaction reports and trends
• Resolving customer queries, preparing ledgers and addressing the issues highlighted by the customers through call.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Help in streamlining helpdesk operations and CREs, keep track of all customer and common area pending works and follow up with property manager till completion.

Experience: Minimum 1 year
