Time: 9:00pm to 6:00Am
Off: Roster Off
Location: Mohan Estate, near to  Sarita Vihar, South Delhi

Roles:-

•    Handle incoming customer call.
•    Resolve their computer, printer and scanner related queries.
•    Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
