Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Overview: As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth through excellent customer service. You will act as a bridge between the customers and our company, ensuring their needs are met while promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication, providing personalized support, and addressing inquiries promptly.
  2. Customer Support: Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained at all times.
  3. Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, providing product demonstrations and necessary training to help them make the most of our offerings.
  4. Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on the client's needs and preferences.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, interactions, and transactions in the CRM database.
  6. Customer Feedback and Surveys: Collect feedback from customers to improve services and gain insights into their preferences, pain points, and expectations.
  7. Renewal and Retention: Monitor contract expirations, proactively engage clients for renewals, and work to retain at-risk accounts.
  8. Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  9. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze customer engagement metrics, providing regular reports to the management team for informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:
