Location:- Powai, Mumbai  
Experience :- 5+ Years

*     Roles and responsibilities-

• Responsible for managing all compliance under all applicable labour laws such as CLRA, BOCW,                                                                                                                             
  Minimum Wages & Payment of Wages etc.
•Obtaining applicable Registration Certificates / Licence’s 
•Manage timely remittance of ESI, PF, LWF or any other statutory dues. 
• Manage and maintain records for Challans, Returns, Registers, Display of Notices, License and                                                                                               Registration on a regular basis.
•Submit Annual/Half-Yearly/ Quarterly Returns under various Laws across India
•Support in handling all Statutory related queries.
•Attending Conciliation / Court Cases
•Handling statutory inspections 
•Liasoning with authorities
•Drafting replies to show cause notice /any other legal notices.
