Summary-

A Relationship Manager is responsible to develop and maintain strong partnerships with college administrators. They will act as the key liaison between our organization and these educational institutions, ensuring our training programs are effectively communicated and implemented.

Designation: Relationship Manager

Qualification: Any graduates MBA preferred

Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Warangal, Noida, Chennai

Experience: Min 2 years in B2B sales

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Partnerships: Establish and nurture connections with colleges to encourage their participation in our training programs.
  2. Campus Engagement: Visit college campuses to interact directly with representatives and promote our training initiatives
  3. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with college representatives to discuss potential collaboration opportunities.
  4. Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with college administrators to ensure ongoing collaboration.
  5. Quality Assurance & Reporting: Oversee the delivery of training sessions, ensuring they adhere to our quality standards. Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on the training sessions to the Head Office or Master Trainer.

  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Articulate ideas clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  2. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  3. Professional Appearance: Present oneself in a professional and approachable manner.
  4. Proficiency in Excel: Utilize Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.
  5. Listening & Convincing Abilities: Attentively listen to stakeholders and persuasively convey the benefits of our training programs.
