Roles & Responsibilities: -
 Collect, Interpret and review shipment information.
 Predict project trends. Export & Import filling Sez (AIR & SEA)
 Currently working in Visesh Cargo & Travels Pvt Ltd
 Received E-mails form customer and review the documents first and confirm the same for filing.
 If there any changes required have sent email to client and get the revised documents for filing.
 Generate the check list based on shipment arrival and send the same to client for final submission with customs. 
 Medium proficient in HS code classification for exemption and notification details as well. 
 Co-ordinate with local agents for shipments incurred charges and Delivery Order finalization.
 Preparing the DSR report and update the same to same to management review.
 Prepare weekly report for management as well as client. 
 Handling & resolving customer complaints regarding shipment & customer problems.
 Supporting to peer pressure under huge volume, handling adhoc activities & Role play of Ceva and Dachser Policies
 Processing forms, orders and applications requested by the customer.
 Identifying & escalating priority issue and reporting to the lead management.
 Reduced the turnaround time by implementing new ideas.
 Client Calls, Presentation, Minutes of Meeting and updating of process updates on weekly basis.
 Working with highly confidential applications on client basis & Royal Impex, Logi-sys
 Used advanced Excel functions to generate spreadsheets and pivot tables
