• Ensure timely receipt of approved BOQ, Shop drawings and Master Schedule from the Project Manager

• Send requirements to the Project Manager for the necessary labor, equipments and then, start execution of the Project as per the Schedule, Drawings and the BOQ.

• Handle sub-contractor /labour

• Prepare DPR and submit it to the Project Manager for approval based on the project progress

• Prepare measurement sheet periodically and get it certified from client and hand it over to the Project Manager for approval.

• Document GRN cum Inspection note

• Record balance stock of materials at site and send the report on a weekly basis to central stores department with the approval of Project Manager, keeping the Planning & Estimation department and PD in loop.

• Assist the Design team in preparing ‘As built’ drawing.

• In case of regional office, the Site Supervisor will prepare a preliminary ‘As built’/hand sketch drawing and send it to design department with the approval of Project Manager/Regional Manager.

General (Day to day activities)

Ensure labour safety regulations, as per customer requirement.
