Job Title: Sales Executive - IT Sales
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our IT sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our IT products and services to potential clients.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts. Understand customer needs and provide solutions.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas. Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor products.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals.
Customer Support: Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: Experience with selling software, IT services, or cloud solutions.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, or cloud computing.
