JOB PURPOSE:
Deliver high quality bus travel experience by ensuring thatall customer escalations from central support team is resolved by workingclosely with the local field team and bus operators. The role will also supportin providing MIS support for the region head
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all escalations that come from Centralsupport team are resolved within agreed timelines
- Maintain exceptional relationship with busoperator and field team to provide fast closures
- Provide inputs to RH on long-term solutions tofix some of the root causes of escalations
- Support Region head with MIS requirement
- Support in driving local initiatives
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Customer-centric and Self Motivated
- Action Orientation and career orientation shouldbe high
