Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Identity, engage, and onboard new recruitment clients from the specified
regions.
2. Market Analysis: Research and understand the recruitment landscape in target regions,
identifying potential leads and market trends.
3. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Ensure smooth
communication and address any client concerns.
4. Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business
growth strategies tailored to each target region.
5. Networking: Attend industry events, webinars, and seminars to increase brand visibility and
develop a strong professional network.
6. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set for client acquisition
and revenue growth. Grow and scale the retained fee model for the company.
7. Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the internal team regarding market demands and client
preferences, assisting in refining the company's offerings.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the
recruitment sector.
3. Strong network within the recruitment industry across the target regions.
4. Strong Network within CXO’s and Decision makers to bring in business from month 1.
5. Proven sales track record.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
8. Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
