JD: Business Development & Sales
Experience: 5 to 6 years into BD sales from an IT Software company ONLY
Location: Chennai
Description:
Need to have experience in performing service sales( MUST)
Oversee the sales process to attract new clients, including the US,UK Market.
Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Research and identify new market opportunities.
Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
Understand customer needs and requirements and pitch services as well as physical meeting with prospects
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintaining client relationship, performing other assigned BD related tasks
Skills:
Industry- Any but IT (Software, Hardware, Cloud Services) industry is preferred
Self motivated, fast learner and passion for sales
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Master's degree is required.
Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience in project management and/or sales.
Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
