Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for our interior designing business in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth for our interior designing services for office spaces. The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in getting new projects of interior designing of office spaces in Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and drive growth.

Identify potential clients and generate leads for interior designing services for office spaces.

Meet with prospective clients to understand their interior designing needs and propose solutions to meet those needs.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients that showcase our capabilities and services.

Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts, ensuring that they are aligned with our company's policies and procedures.

Work closely with the design team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Report on sales activities and results on a regular basis.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in getting new projects of interior designing of office spaces in Bangalore.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of the interior designing industry, including trends, best practices, and industry standards.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software.
