Position Overview: 

We seek ambitious and results-driven Freshers to join our innovative IT company as Business Development Executives. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales activities. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

 

Research and identify potential clients through online sources, industry events, and networking.

 

Create a targeted list of prospects and initiate outreach to generate leads.

 

Client Engagement:

 

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

 

Conduct introductory calls, meetings, and presentations to showcase our services.

 

Sales Pitch and Presentations:

 

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our IT products and services.

 

Tailor pitches to match client needs and highlight the value proposition.

 

Business Development:

 

Develop and execute strategies to drive new business and expand our client base.

 

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective lead conversion.

 

Product Knowledge:

 

Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services to communicate their value to potential clients effectively.

 

Address client inquiries and provide relevant information.

 

Sales Pipeline Management:

 

Maintain a systematic approach to managing leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.

 

Update and track progress, ensuring timely follow-ups.

 

Target Achievement:

 

Set and achieve sales targets aligned with company objectives.

 

Develop strategies to meet or exceed assigned quotas.

 

Collaboration:

 

Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to understand offerings and align sales strategies.

 

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project handoff and client satisfaction.

 

Proposal Creation:

 

Prepare and customize business proposals, presentations, and quotations based on client requirements.

 

Highlight the benefits and unique selling points of our offerings.

 

Negotiation and Closing:

 

Engage in negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

 

Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.

 

Market Research:

 

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT sector.

 

Utilize insights to refine strategies and tailor approaches.

 

Sales Reporting:

 

Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.

 

Generate regular reports and updates for management.

 

Client Relationship Management:

 

Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.

 

Address client feedback and ensure satisfaction.

 

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and effectively convey information.

 

Proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and business development.

 

Adaptability and eagerness to learn about IT products and services.

 

Basic understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and client relationship management.

 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for proposal and presentation creation.

Salary will be around 15,000 – 25,000 with every Year increment of 10% to 40% (applicable only after completion of the training period)

 

After completing the Training Period, the facility can join any branch location per their preference.
