WE ARE HIRING FOR USA & CANADA PROCESS

We are searching Business Development Executive for generating the leads. Business DevelopmentExecutive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone for  generating the leads
• Demonstrating about services which we are providing to our customers
• Update customer database with contact details, preferences and inquiries
• Make recommendations on service improvements
• Provide customer service and troubleshoot problems
• Respond to inquiries about services
• Meet established performance goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a telesales environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent in English

Shift timing – 9 pm to 6 am
