Responsibilities

• Must have experience in Generating leads through various channels (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lead Gorilla, India Mart, Export India...etc)
• Must do cold callings and follow up's.
• Qualify leads and assess potential business opportunities.
• Ability to work in a team environment and develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Present services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
• Set and achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's services.
• Prepare contracts, proposals, and other necessary documents.
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
• Understand client's needs to meet their specific requirements.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of industry-specific trends and market dynamics.
