We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive/Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT software industry. This is a commission-based role, where you will drive business growth and generate revenue through successful sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing suitable software solutions.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the key features and benefits of our software solutions.
5. Collaborate with the technical team to customize and tailor software solutions to meet client requirements.
6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals.
7. Continuously nurture and expand the client base, while also maintaining relationships with existing clients.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential areas for business growth.
9. Provide the management team with regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates.
10. Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our software solutions and expand the business network.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive/Manager in the IT software industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong knowledge of the IT software industry, including emerging technologies and market trends.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex software solutions to clients.
5. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing effective solutions.
6. Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
7. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
9. Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences as required.
10. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
