Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Sales Executive. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with 0-3 ears of experience in any field to develop a successful career in the real estate industry.

As an Associate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in sales activities, client engagement, and promoting our real estate offerings. Fluency in both Hindi and English, as well as a mandatory 2 wheeler are essential for this role.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Assist in the sales process, including client follow-ups, and closing deals.

• Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and present our real estate properties and services effectively.

• Conduct property tours and provide comprehensive information about the features, benefits, and pricing of available properties.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

• Maintain accurate records of client interact sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM software.

 

Requirements:

 

•O-3 years of experience in any field, with a strong desire to pursue a career in real estate sales.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic understanding of real estate concepts and market dynamics is preferred.

• Must possess a valid bike license and have a reliable mode of transportation.

• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.

Job Description

 

Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Branch head you will be responsible for

• Achieving Sales Targets & Budgeting of the Regional Office

• Site visits along with Live Demos to make the client understand the need of our products and their usage.

• Managing the Developers across the region along with generating new Client within the territory.

• Managing the payments with the help of Collection

Executive from Builders / Developers

Regular review of team on the set parameters. 

Deciding strategies to enhance the sales, new product to be introduced,

• Marketing roles may include planning, budgeting and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to increase sales for the office.

• Provide Sales training to team

• Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.

• Arranging advertising to promote the property

• Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database

• Making appointments and showing buyers around a property

• Screening buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price

• Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

• Determining clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them

• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

• Maintain and update listings of available properties

• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services

• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
