Job description:
This role is responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow. Troubleshoots problems and issues and looks for ways to improve applications. Familiar with a variety of healthcare concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Requires 6 or more year s development experience primarily creating new interfaces or applications in a hospital or medical related industry.Responsible for the technical design and implementation of the ServiceNow modules Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on the tool Expertise on mobile app development using ServiceNow mobile studio Guides a team on developers/testers in their day to day activities Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow required Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests Expertise level programming skills Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow. System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP Strong communication and interpersonal skills
