During training period company will pay you 60,000/-according to your performance base. The training (theory and practical) will be approximately three months. Building up a team of Insurance Consultant / POSP. Daily monitoring & following process for driving team through your IC / POSP. Daily reporting of Achievements. Doing Performance Review of your IC / POSP. Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.

Note -Rupee 585 you will have to pay for IRDAI exam fees if required , it is not mandate for all the candidates.
