Job Purpose:

Area Sales Manager – (Institutional Sales) is responsible for driving B2B sales in the country. His job is to tap all such large institutions (field sales) having potential for Uniforms and specific Apparel requirements.    Candidate with strong exposure in building great funnel, manage leads and generate revenue consistently is desirable.    Should have handled a minimum business of 15 - 50 CR in a year.  

Job Description

• Will be responsible to generate Institutional sales – B2B across given territory & industries.
• He / She must have undertaken such initiative in the present assignment.
• Should be good in building strong and productive funnel and generate leads.
• Should be able to access actual requirement and develop products.
• Must have complete understanding on client mapping & identify right stake holders.
• Should have the ability to access present and future requirement.
• Should be strong in pitching right product as well as upsell the present offering by the company.
• Should be able to draft business plan and forecast sales and achieve them month on month.
• Must be smart & should possess ability to articulate strategy, assess client situation, track progress on the lead and provide timely update to management.
• Strong in communication skills
• Must execute diligently, proposed strategy defined by the management
• Should be able to independently scout / identify / build rapport and create good customer base for the company.

Requisite Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of how B2B Institutional Sales is a MUST.
• Must be strong in creating inroads on productive leads and make sure order gets closed month on month.
• Should have handled a business more than 15 - 50 crore
• Strong in reporting daily and in MIS is a must.
• Good communication skills both verbal & written.

Total Experience: Min 1-3 ;    Max 3-6 years.

Work Timing: 10.00 – 7.00pm.
