You will be responsible for effectively communicating with prospective students and families, answering their questions and concerns, and helping them navigate the admissions process.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized counselling to prospective students and their families

Guide students through the admissions process, including completing applications, submitting required documents, and navigating financial aid options

Conduct informational interviews and provide campus tours to prospective students

Coordinate and attend recruitment events both on and off campus

Maintain accurate records of all student interactions and admissions materials

Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to stay informed about admissions policies and procedures

Work collaboratively with other members of the admissions team to meet enrollment targets

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of financial aid and scholarship opportunities
