👍Responsibilities:

· Responsible for handling client queries.

· Provide relevant information about client’s query.

· Take ownership in resolving client queries on priority.

 • Must have practical knowledge of Tally ERP-9, GST, Income Tax E-Filling, TDS/TCS, etc.

• Maintain A Good Working Relationship With Clients.

· Handle our Instagram & Facebook account.

👍Skillset:

👉Graduate in B.com( Good in Mathematics)

· Good knowledge of business.

· Minimum 6 months of experience to 1 year.

•Extremely Logical & Multitasking.

· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients.

· Good in English communication 

· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues
